361 drivers, nearly 50 nationalities: Italy welcomes back the IAME Warriors Final

The IAME Warriors Final returns to Italy with a world-class field and all the ingredients for a spectacular edition.

Bringing together 361 participants representing nearly 50 nationalities, IAME’s flagship global event continues to go from strength to strength.

Following Adria in 2021, this is only the second time the IWF has been staged in Italy, home of the IAME factory. Now established as an international benchmark for organisational excellence, the Leopard circuit in Viterbo takes its turn in the spotlight, hosting this major competition from 19 to 24 October 2026. The stage is set!

Six categories, one international showcase

Season after season, the IAME series continue to strengthen their presence worldwide, with an expanding calendar of competitions across every continent. The leading drivers from these series have earned their place at IWF26. As every year, X30 Senior and X30 Junior lead the line-up, with 103 and 102 entrants respectively, whilst X30 Mini (71 drivers) and X30 Master (27) add further depth to the spectacle. Following the successful introduction of S125 Senior in 2025, IAME welcomes S125 Junior to the programme this year. Together, these two categories bring 58 drivers to the grid, offering a modern and distinctive format in which engines are allocated by random draw to ensure maximum sporting fairness. In Viterbo, the full range of IAME technology takes centre stage.

Viterbo: 1,294 metres of pure challenge

The drivers and teams selected for IWF26 are ready to take on the Leopard circuit, a venue already chosen by FIA Karting on two previous occasions. Following Le Mans in France, Adria in Italy, Portimão in Portugal, and Zuera and Valencia in Spain, Viterbo becomes the sixth prestigious venue to welcome the event. Recent major refurbishment and new facilities will ensure that competitors are received in the best possible conditions. For some, the Leopard circuit could provide a springboard to a future in motor racing; for others, more seasoned competitors, it may represent a career highlight, with all sharing the ambition and excitement of competing on a world-class stage.

Situated in Lazio, about an hour’s drive north of Rome, Viterbo provides an equally distinctive backdrop. One of the region’s jewels, the city is renowned for its historic monuments and its role as a papal residence in the 13th century.

World-class racing, first-class organisation

The partnership between IAME and RGMMC, also the promoter of the IAME Euro Series, continues in 2026. The event brings together the latest advances in race control, timekeeping and television production, supported by high-quality live coverage. Competitors can also enjoy “Korus Corner”, a dedicated hospitality area featuring an exhibition zone and catering facilities. Behind the scenes, a large team of staff is working to ensure the competition’s success.

Since its inception, the IWF has welcomed some of the biggest names in karting and motorsport. Now, attention turns to Viterbo, where the 2026 winners will write the next chapter in the event’s history…
