The first edition of the Evolution Winter Trophy ended on sunday at Steel Ring track in Třinec, Czech Republic. The main prizes were won by Poles, who constituted the majority of participants in the Czech Republic. 32 drivers took part in the event.
Colin Ważny, Tymoteusz Ksiądz, Kacper Siemiątkowski, David Aulejtner and Patryk Michalik became the winners of the first edition of the Evolution Winter Trophy, which was played in Třinec. Just over 30 drivers took part in the inaugural edition of the EWT, races of individual categories were combined. Drivers Mini and Micro Max competed together, as did juniors and seniors. Only the DD2 competition was played separately.
Among the youngest fastest were Patryk Michalik, who took the sixth position in the race of the youngest categories, but he was first in the Micro Max drivers. The next positions were taken by Adam Proficz, Franciszek Sulima, Igor Kuczyński and Maksymilian Lupa.
In the competition of Mini drivers definitely the best was Colin Ważny, who beat all rivals in the race with an advantage of over 15 seconds. The next positions were taken by Oliwier Kobiela and Daniel Cebula, who stood on the podium and Łukasz Grabowski, Mateusz Rajwa, Aleksander Horodyński, Bruno Tomann, Yicheng Qu and Aleksander Krzeszowski.
The junior competition was won by David Aulejtner, who overtook Patica Donica and Alex Mikos in the classification. The next places among juniors were taken by Piotr Borowczyk, Filip Niewiadomski and Daniel Weinreb.
In the Senior Max category, in which only four drivers took part, the winner was Tymoteusz Ksiądz, followed by Robert Schopian, Jozef Valenta from Czech Republic and Piotr Pliszka.
The winner of DD2 was Kacper Siemiątkowski, who overtook Tomasz Wilczyński, Czech Ivo Polask and Igor Drożyński at the finish line. The next positions were taken by Konrad Szczygieł, Maciej Czerwiński, Kamil Karczmarczyk and Dawid Maślakiewicz.
